Group counselors, recovery coaches and volunteers provide participants with the experience, professional guidance and the tools necessary to give newcomers in recovery the foundation needed to achieve continuous sobriety. Twelve weeks in the program will provide the foundation normally found in those with two years sobriety achieved through a strong commitment of recovery meeting attendance.  Some of the tools used at Jump:

  • Group counseling that will address barriers and obstacles to abstinence from self defeating behaviors.

  • Recovery coaching that gives insight to the recovery process, gaining support and accountability and coaches individuals on a foundation of early recovery.

  • Use recovering individuals for testimonies, classes and meeting connections

  • Provide evening sessions to enable individuals to remain integrated in home, work and community life.

  • Provide weekend retreats to enable a jump for those already in recovery or for those who need additional recovery input.
